This Shipping Policy applies to the purchase and sale of products on https://www.maytronics.com/en-us/ (the “Website”) or on Maytronics mobile applications and is governed by and subject to the Terms of Sale. In the event that this Shipping Policy conflicts with or is inconsistent with the Terms of Sale, the Terms of Sale will control.
- All orders must be billed and shipped to locations within the United States. We do not ship to United States territories at this time. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. We do not offer shipping to APO or FPO addresses at this time.
- We will arrange for shipment of the products to you. Please check the individual product page for specific delivery options.
- Delivery charges are reimbursement for the costs we incur in the processing, handling, packing, shipping, and delivery of your order. Shipping and handling charges do not include gift wrap or surcharges that may apply to some items. Any additional charges for gift wrap or other surcharges will be itemized at the time of the transaction. For example, items that are bulky, heavy, or of limited availability may include a surcharge in addition to standard delivery charges. This charge is shown on the product page by the item price and identified during the checkout process.
- Costs related to shipment and delivery of your order will be as displayed to you on our Website before you finalize your order. Please check these carefully, as you consent to this charge when you submit your order.
- The Website delivery lead times will vary according to destination and the applicable product (including variations for weight).
- Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments. If we are unable to ship products within the time specified or, if no time is specified, thirty (30) days of a properly completed order, we may request your consent to a delay in shipping. Absent this consent, we will cancel your order and promptly refund all money paid to your original form of payment for the purchase price and shipping charges.
- It is your responsibility to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address information. We will not be liable if you supply us with incomplete or inaccurate information.
- When your product is shipped from the warehouse, we will send you a dispatch confirmation email. Please note that products may arrive in separate parcels and may require a signature.
- A product will be your responsibility from the time we deliver the product to the address you gave us. The risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery. All products will be deemed to be accepted upon delivery. Notwithstanding such acceptance, you retain all statutory rights and any rights and remedies under the warranty terms.
