My Dolphin Liberty doesn't complete the cycle, with red LED on the power unit


The Liberty 200 & 300 manufactured from 2024 onwards, have a 120 minute cycle time. The Liberty 200 & 300 manufactured before 2024 have a 90 minute cycle time.



Try the following troubleshooting steps:


1. Clean the filter cartridges.




2. Check the tracks to see if any debris is stuck there.


Make sure the robot is unplugged, turn the robot upside down, and check the tracks and brushes for any obstructions or visible damage.


3. Charge the robot for a full charging cycle, until the power unit LED shows 3 steady LEDs.


4. For the Liberty 300/400, verify that the Eco Mode is not set. To cancel the Eco Mode, take the robot out of the pool and connect it to the charger.
