My Liberty is missing parts of the pool

If this occurs, we recommend placing the robot in the area that the robot has missed from the beginning of the cycle.


Verify if the robot is moving normally (if not, check that the filter is not clogged, and the tracks are clear)



Verify that there are no obstacles in the pool preventing the robot from reaching all areas of the pool


If the robot is still missing areas in the pool after completing the preliminary checks, please contact us here, and we will be happy to assist you.
