Niya Tracker 25

FAQ

The Tracker is designed to make pool cleaning effortless and efficient with its advanced technology. Equipped with three brushless motors—dual driving motors and a single suction motor—it delivers powerful performance while keeping maintenance low, combined with an ECO mode feature. Its Smart Sonar Navigation allows it to detect walls before reaching them, enabling the robot to make precise turns. Plus, with its convenient self-parking feature, retrieval is a breeze.

The Tracker 25 is suitable for flat surface above-ground pools and small in-ground pools, up to 8 m long. The water should be at least 0.4 -2.5 m above the device.

The warranty on the Tracker 25 is 24 months.

Charge your Tracker 25 in a shaded, dry area. Do not use an extension cord to connect the battery charger to the electrical socket. For user safety, place the battery charger at least 11 cm above the ground while in use.

1. Connect the robot to the electrical socket using the provided battery charger. The LED on the robot will flash GREEN during the charging process.

2. When the device is fully charged, the LED on the robot will show steady GREEN. After 10 minutes, it will turn off automatically.

3. Disconnect the charger from the robot and the electrical socket.

The Tracker 25 has a charge time of 4 hours. Once fully charged, it cleans the floor only for up to 90 minutes, ensuring your pool stays sparkling with minimal effort.

Keep your Tracker 25 in top shape with these simple cleaning steps!

1. Position the pool cleaner on a solid surface at the poolside, ensuring it is switched off.

2. Lift the robot lid to access the filter compartment.

3. Take out the filter basket carefully.

4. Rinse or wash both the filter basket and the robot body thoroughly with a garden hose to remove any debris and dirt.

The Tracker 25 offers two cleaning settings: Standard Mode and Eco Mode.

Standard Mode: This mode provides up to 1.5 hours of floor-only cleaning.

Eco Mode: With Eco Mode, the Tracker 25 completes two shorter floor-only cleaning cycles on a single battery charge.
