Niya Tracker 55

FAQ

The Tracker makes pool cleaning even more effortless with the app feature. In just 2.5 hours of runtime, the Tracker cleans the floor, walls, and waterline with two active brushes. Thanks to Smart Sonar Navigation, it detects walls before reaching them and makes precise turns for maximum coverage. The Tracker is powered by three motors—dual driving motors and a single suction motor—ensuring efficient movement and suction. Through the easy-to-use app, you can choose from four cleaning modes: ECO, Standard, Floor-Only, or Wall-Only, to meet your specific cleaning needs. With energy-efficient ECO mode, your pool stays clean all week with minimal effort and hassle. The Tracker’s large-capacity filter ensures that debris is collected efficiently, allowing for longer cleaning cycles without the need to empty the basket frequently.

The Tracker 55 is suitable for above-ground and in-ground pools, up to 12 m long. The water should be at least 0.4 -2.5 m above the device.

The warranty on the Tracker 55 is 24 months.

Charge your Tracker 55 in a shaded, dry area. Do not use an extension cord to connect the battery charger to the electrical socket. For user safety, place the battery charger at least 11 cm above the ground while in use.

1. Connect the robot to the electrical socket using the provided battery charger. The LED on the robot will flash GREEN during the charging process.
2. When the device is fully charged, the LED on the robot will show steady GREEN. After 10 minutes, it will turn off automatically.
3. Disconnect the charger from the robot and the electrical socket.

The Tracker 55 has a charge time of 2.5 hours.

Once fully charged, it offers up to 150 minutes of cleaning in Standard Mode, Floor-Only, or Walls Mode.

For a more hands-off option, Eco Mode cleans in Floor Mode every other day for a week (3 cleanings in total), providing an energy-efficient solution to keep your pool spotless.

Choose from these four modes to tailor your cleaning to your pool’s needs.

Follow these steps to replace the battery:

The Tracker 55 offers four cleaning modes: Standard Mode, Floor Mode, Walls Mode, and Eco Mode.

The pool cleaner is set by default on Standard Mode and will revert back to Standard Mode once it shuts off.

Standard Mode: This mode provides up to 2.5 hours of floor, wall, and waterline cleaning. The robot cleans the floor, wall, and waterline for the first hour and the floor only for the second hour.

Floor Mode: This mode provides up to 2.5 hours of Floor-Only cleaning.

Walls Mode: This mode provides up to 2.5 hours of Wall cleaning.

Eco Mode: With Eco Mode, the Tracker 55 completes three shorter floor-only cleaning cycles for 1 week, on a single battery charge.

To set the cleaning modes:

1. Press the Power button to turn the robot ON.

2. Short press on the Power button until you reach the desired cleaning mode.

If your Tracker 55 isn't climbing, try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Check that your Tracker is not set to Floor-only mode.
Note that in Standard Mode, the robot cleans the floor, walls, and waterline for the first hour, then focuses on the floor only during the second hour of cleaning.

2. Ensure the pool temperature is above 59°F. Cold water can affect the robot's ability to climb effectively.

3. Ensure the chemical levels in your pool are within the recommended parameters.
