I have a problem with the remote control.
If you have this Remote Control (Old) :
If you experience problems with your remote control, be sure to replace the batteries if necessary.
Try also to use your remote control within 9ft of the robot power supply.
If you have this Remote Control (New) :
Plug in the power supply
Move closer to your power supply
- Make sure the remote control is OFF.
- Attach the remote-control unit to the power supply.
- Press simultaneously on both right and left direction control arrows until you hear two beeps, and the power supply shows a steady blue connectivity LED.
If the problem persists, contact your authorized Dolphin dealer to replace it.
