FAQ

Do you have a question?

My Dolphin swims and does not sinks to the bottom of the pool.

If your Dolphin has brushes or foam rings, we advise you to press them into the water to soak them enterely.

Alternativly, air may be trapped inside your robot.

When introducing the robot into the water, gently tilt it from left to right or turn it upside down to release the air.

If you have a pool treated with salt, make sure that the salt content conditions are at the required level (NaCl Maximum = 5000 ppm).

A high salt level can increase the robot's buoyancy.
