Will my Dolphin clean the stairs?
Our Dolphin robots are not programmed to clean steps, benches, and tanning ledges.
The robot requires a minimum water depth of 31-41 inches to operate effectively. If the water level covering the robot is below this, the Dolphin will be unable to clean and will reverse. The Dolphin will only be able to clean the stairs if the entire robot is on the step and if the water level is sufficiently deep.
To clear the debris on the stairs, we recommend brushing the dirt from the stairs onto the bottom of the pool for the robot to access the debris.
