This was my first robot vacuum experience & I'm blown away. Usually the first pool cleaning of the year is very time-consuming & I must clean consecutive days as additional dirt/debris settle to the bottom of the pool. This year I only had to spend a couple of minutes cleaning the filters after each of the 2 cleanings and that's it. I would say it cleaned about 99% of what I could see in the pool which was better than what I expected. The amount of time this will save me this summer is going to be well worth the price of the vacuum. Without the need to attach this to your existing water return this will not only save time & hassle of hooking the traditional vacuum up but will also keep the gunk from going to the filter, saving more time & hassle of backwashing more often. If you're on the fence about buying a robot vacuum for your pool, JUST DO IT.
