FAQ

For the best care and cleaning results for your robot, we recommend the following water parameters for the pool.

The water temperature, pH, chlorine, and salinity should comply with the following, as indicated in the warranty statement you received with your robot:

Chlorine Maximum 4 PPM pH 7.0 - 7.8 PPM

Temperature 5-35°C

NaCl Maximum = 5000 PPM

How to store your Niya robot during the off-season:

1. Make sure there is no water left in the pool robot. We recommend letting the robot stand idle for 2 days to ensure that all moisture from the device has completely evaporated.

2. Thoroughly clean the filter basket, make sure it is completely dry, and then insert it into place.

3. Store the robot in a protected area away from direct sunlight/rain/frost at a temperature between 0-40°C.

4. Charge the pool cleaner once every 3 months to prevent battery depletion.

To ensure safe operation of your Niya charger, please follow these important guidelines:

Use the Original Charger: Only use the charger that came with your Niya robot. Using third-party chargers may pose safety risks.

Avoid Extension Cords: Do not connect the battery charger to an electric socket using an extension cord. Always plug it directly into a wall outlet.

Damaged Power Cord: If the power cord is damaged, the entire charger must be replaced with an original charger. Do not attempt to repair the cord yourself.

Distance from Pool: Place the battery charger at least 12 feet/3.5 m away from the pool edge while the charger is working to prevent electrical hazards.

Dry Charging Area: Ensure the charging port and charger are dry before use.

Height Above the Ground: To protect users from electric shock, the battery charger should be positioned at least 11 cm/4 inches above the ground.

Covered Area: Make sure to charge the robot preferably indoors or in a covered, shaded area so that it will not be exposed to rain or heat.

Following these precautions will help ensure the safe and effective use of your Tracker battery charger.

We recommend removing the Niya robot from the pool after each use to empty and clean the filter. Store it in a cool, dry place when not in use. Regularly rinse the robot with clean water to remove any chemical or salt residue.

If your robot includes the Eco Mode feature, it can be safely left in the pool for up to one week, which is the duration of the Eco Mode setting.

We recommend not swimming in the pool while the robot is in operation. Once the robot has completed the cleaning cycle, we advise removing it from the pool.

Follow these steps to insert and remove your Niya cleaner from the pool:

Charge the robot: Begin by charging your cleaner with the charger included with your robot. Wait until the robot is fully charged before activating it.

Activate the robot: Unplug the charger and press the button on top of the robot to turn it on.

Place the robot in the pool: Carefully place the robot into the pool and let it begin its cleaning cycle.

At the end of the cycle: Attach the hook to a pole and use it to pull the robot to the waterline.

Remove the robot from the pool: Gently pull the robot out of the water by hand.

Turn off the robot: To power off the robot, press and hold the button until the LED turns off.

If your niya isn't charging any more or you are receiving an error notification from the voice feedback, try these troubleshooting steps:

1. Make sure the robot is turned off. Inspect the robot to check if there is any debris in the impeller area or tracks on the robot.

2. Try plugging the charger into a different outlet at home for a full charge, to verify that there isn't an issue with the outlet.

3. Check that the charger and charging port is dry and try charging the robot again for a full charging (2.5-3 hrs.)
