Niya Tracker 75

FAQ

The Tracker is designed for powerful, efficient cleaning, featuring four motors—dual driving motors and dual suction motors—that ensure optimal performance. Using Smart Sonar Navigation, the Tracker detects walls. Cleaning mode customization through the app allows you to choose from five different modes, tailoring the cleaning process to your pool’s specific needs. The waterline mode includes a horizontal cleaning feature, providing an even more precise cleaning along the waterline. For improved filtration, the Tracker is equipped with a Hyperfine filter, capturing even the smallest debris to leave your pool cleaner than ever.

The Tracker 75 is suitable for above-ground and in-ground pools, up to 15 m. The water should be at least 0.4 -2.5 m above the device.

The warranty on the Tracker 75 is 24 months.

Charge your Tracker 75 in a shaded, dry area. Do not use an extension cord to connect the battery charger to the electrical socket. For user safety, place the battery charger at least 11 cm above the ground while in use.

2. When the device is fully charged, the LED on the robot will show steady GREEN. After 10 minutes, it will turn off automatically.
3. Disconnect the charger from the robot and the electrical socket.

The Tracker 75 has a charge time of 4 hours.

Once fully charged, it offers up to 3 hours of cleaning in 5 different cleaning modes: Standard Mode, Floor-Only, Walls Mode, Waterline Mode, and Eco Mode.

the Eco Mode cleans the floor every other day for a full week (3 cleanings in total), providing a more hands-off, low-hassle solution to keep your pool spotless.

If your Tracker 75 isn't climbing, try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Check that your Tracker is not set to Floor-only mode.
Note that in Standard Mode, the robot cleans the floor, walls, and waterline for the first hour, then focuses on the floor only during the second hour of cleaning.

2. Ensure the pool temperature is above 15°C. Cold water can affect the robot's ability to climb effectively.

3. Ensure the chemical levels in your pool are within the recommended parameters.

You can download the Niya App to your mobile device from either the Google Play store for Android or the App store for iOS.
The app is compatible with the following smart devices:
Apple (iOS) – Version 10 and up – iPhone, iPad
Android – Version 5 and up operating system

The foam filter included with your Tracker 75 is an add-on to your filter that helps capture ultra-fine debris. The foam filter can be used when the robot is operating in Floor-Only Mode. However, the foam can make it more difficult for the robot to climb walls, so it should be removed before switching to a wall cleaning mode. For optimal performance, it is recommended to replace the foam after every five uses. As the foam absorbs fine debris, it will gradually turn brown with each cleaning cycle.
